Hummingbird

Many superlatives apply to these delightful creatures. These birds play an essential role as pollinators in the food web, flapping their wings 20-80 times per second as they search for nectar. Hummingbirds have the largest brain of any birds — it’s 4.2% of their body weight. Studies show they remember every flower they have ever visited, including those along migratory routes. They tie with the penguin with having the most feathers of any bird species. An interesting detail I came across is the collective noun for a flock — a charm of hummingbirds.
