Radio Africa explores the life and nomadic kitchen of Ethiopian chef Eskender Aseged. For years, he provided nutritious and sustainable meals and his personal philosophy of food as a tool for change in a series of pop-up restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. He now has a permanent home for his restaurant, Radio Africa & Kitchen.
